You are invited to go deeper into the lives of the saints this month! We have five emails that share a reflection on, and a prayer to, some of the amazing saints we honor this month.

Present to Jesus' public ministry, death, and resurrection, St. Mary Magdalene is one of the most important figures in the New Testament.

Carrying seven demons inside her before Christ cast them out, Mary devoted her life as a disciple of the Lord. Legend states that she might have made it to France after being exiled for her faith.

She is the patroness of converts, repentant sinners, sexual temptations, pharmacists, tanners, and women.

St. Mary Magdalene, pray for us!

Prayer to St. Mary Magdalene

Saint Mary Magdalene,
woman of many sins, who by conversion
became the beloved of Jesus,
thank you for your witness
that Jesus forgives
through the miracle of love.

You, who already possess eternal happiness
in His glorious presence,
please intercede for me, so that some day
I may share in the same everlasting joy.

Amen.
