Trauma and Grief Support
Are you struggling after the loss of a loved one, a friend, a co-worker, a pet?
Do you know someone that is but don’t know how to support them?
Grief is different for each of us. And it has no timetable, no boundaries, no right or wrong
way to process it.
It can be a long and difficult process, but you are not alone. And you do not have to go
through it alone. The Church of St Luke is here to support you each step of the way.
Whether you are new to grief, or just haven’t been able to move on from past grief, help is
available. Don’t keep it inside, eating away at you.
If you would like to talk to someone, email, call or text Rich Warcholik at hello@thechurchofstluke.org or 619-933-8468.
