Catechisis of the Good Shepherd
The Church of St. Luke offers an exciting and unique approach to the religious formation of children.
The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS), for children 3-12 years of age, uses Montessori educational principles and recognizes the developmental stages and spiritual needs of the child. CGS is rooted in the Bible and the Liturgy of the Church. CGS seeks to be an experience of life and an education in faith, through the celebration of an encounter with the Father, in listening to Jesus the one Teacher, and in obedience to the Spirit.
